We noticed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have increased by NTD 200/mt during the past week to NTD 7,100-7,400/mt($235-245/mt) ex-yard based on actual weight term.
The above price include 5% VAT and are for mid-July shipment. $1=NTD 30.19
